You get what you pay for

If you are looking for a printer to print immediately, do not purchase this printer. I can print, go fix a cup of coffee, use the bathroom and come back and still wait. However, the quality is pretty good. I wish I would have purchased a different printer. I will stick with this one for the time being.

Seriously the worst

It goes to sleep if you don't use it after ten minutes, which would be fine if it weren't for the fact that there is NO WAY to wake it back up. I have to unplug it and plug it back in every single time I want to use it. Also, don't expect the "wireless" aspect to work most of the time. In the Year of Our Lord 2021, I would just like to know, why has NO ONE FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE A WORKING PRINTER? We literally have devices that we carry around in our pockets that can do basically anything you want. Why are all printers so terrible? Can no one save us from this torture?

Garbage HP WIRELESS PRINTER

I use it for the old thing and every time I want to use it, it wont work. The scanner works great but printing anything is like a nightmare. I would never recommend this product to no body. I am forever calling HP to fix the printer problem. This is really ridiculous since it is not even 2 months old. I printed maybe 50 pgs and already had to change the ink, unreal. I spend more time on the phone to fix the problem then I have used this new product. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Garbage - Obsolete

I spent hours trying to get it to work with Windows 8. The salesman told him this was a replacement for the printer I wanted him to buy. 1) You need a A to B USB cable to connect it for the 1st time. 2) The web page HP directs you to is obsolete. This is an obsolete printer with no support. Junk. FYI not bought at Best Buy.

Waste of money

It is the worst printer I have ever owned in my entire life. If it falls asleep the whole printer shuts down and the power button does not work. you have to literally unplug it from the wall leave it unplugged for 30 seconds and plug it back in to use it. It has a really hard time taking paper out of the tray. It comes back over and over again there’s a paper jam even when it hasn’t even taken any paper.

Worst Printer Ever Used

It worked for the first month - although I barely get 20 b/w prints per cartridge (not helpful at all). Now it just makes noise as the cartridges slide back and forth. When it last printed, it was spitting out blanks. I don't want troubleshooting. I wish I could throw it off of the balcony to tell you the truth.

The worst printer I've had in 30 years. Never buy

Nothing works ever, constant problems, constant conflicts, takes 10 minutes everytime to get 1 thing done. I'm never buying another HP anything again. I'm throwing mine straight in the trash, no one should ever have to use this printer and the programmers should all find a new career, obviously writing code that works is far beyond their skills.

Under 1 year and won't connect to Wi-Fi

Purchased 12/31/20, purchased ink last on 06/29/21 and it's out of ink again. The printer jams constantly and like other reviewers have noted, troubleshooting takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour with no avail. Do NOT buy!

Unreliable and Frustrating
