    I am happy with the printer just had trouble setting it up. Call store for help whoever is technically support didn't know much told me I had to make appointment bring it in. Googled it got what I needed right away. HP was also helpful. Best buy nothing. Good product bad Best Buy

    Nice little printer, works well. Scans decent, lets me print from my phone. I'm a bit irked by the whole "you must have an HP account" thing, but thats kinda the way the world is going? we declined the "auto ink" thing, sorry HP, I dont print enough to need you to send me ink.

    I only needed a basic printer, but this one stood out because of price and its features. I do like the automatic feed for copying several papers at one time and the return of the originals without opening the scanner lid. i didn't give it five stars because it was not easy to set up. it took a phone call and a tech 1 and 1/2 hours to get it setup. it works fine and I did avail myself of the instant ink program.

    I purchased this for my home office so that I could scan documents to my laptop. The setup seemed easy until I had to actually use it on a regular basis. I ended up having to search for Troubleshooting help because I was having problems both printing & scanning. It frequently went 'offline' or errored out when trying to use it. I was able to finally fix it by Googling the printer name and issue. I found a link to an HP website that fixed the driver issue. Since then, it's been fairly consistent in being ready to scan/print when needed without having to restart the printer.

    Wonderful! I'm very impressed and surprised by this printer. For the price it's unbelievable! The colors are vibrant, it prints like a much more expensive printer, and I'm not talking about emails. I'm talking about graphics! Beautiful. I didn't expect such a good printer.

    This printer is amaZing! Better than my epson printer. Very easy to set-up. Plus you can print print from your phone with no hassle. The scanning feature is very clear, you can edit and trim scans. It also saved me a lot of money since i dont need to re-align it every time i use it, compared to the old epson printer
