A free six-month ink subscription came with the printer and I have had one ink delivery in the month since I bought it. I am a little skeptical that this will actually work out long term but I am willing to see how it goes. What I don't like at all about this printer is that after a period of non-use (say a day or two), the printer goes "offline" and it won't work. In order to make it work, I have to unplug the printer, wait thirty seconds, plug it back in and wait for it to reboot. This is really annoying. I am not quite sure why this continues to happen. I'm sure there is a solution but I haven't yet had a chance to try to figure it out or contact HP support. But it should not be happening in the first place.

Ours went out and couldn't find one compatible with our computer. It was a great price and picked up at the desk in store. Was a great price too!!! Ink was easy to get so ordered extra for back up.

I asked one of my more technically sound brothers and he informed me that the best way to set up printers via wifi is to utilize the 2.4ghz signals. Most printers can't really communicate through the 5ghz signal. BLEW MY MIND! Once i made that distinction, the printer setup was done in less than 2 minutes. Smh! Phenomenal printer otherwise.

I print probably less than 50 pages a month, and it has performed excellent. The set up through the app is a bit time consuming, but once it’s set up you can use it with ease. Also it works with 5ghz Wi-Fi which is why I went with this printer. Other printers only support the 2.4ghz.
