Easy to setup for the most part. A little clunky having to go through the app at first in order to send something to print but once I did that the first time, it seems to be allowing prints from any program. Great for occasional printing working from home and also copying/scanning.

Workes fairly well most of the time. Sometimes it won't work from the App and I have to go to the document to print and vise versa. I do not know if it is the wifi signal or the printer. The other features work fine and it has excellent print quality. I have not tried the fax feature yet.

Was hard to connect to the internet. Once you fet it connected it works great.

Excellent product. Buy it for my son in his university room. It does not tale a huge amount of space in the room and it is multiuse

Very well pleased. Fast and very clear. Working with fine wire and downloads are exceptionally clear. Haven’t had long, but it’s excellent for my use. I also signed up for ink program and so far it’s good. For an individual , this is a good little printer.

Very happy with this purchase! Does everything it's supposed to do,, print, scan make copies and all very easy. And can do it from your phone or laptop or PC wirelessly

Print quality is better than expected. Only gripe is the setup process is tedious.

I haven't used it much since it was installed by Geek Squad on 8/27/22. But, I am sorry that it doesn't have 2 features that I enjoyed on my former HP printer: i.e., doesn't print back-to-back, and is much bulkier/larger than former model. I selected this model because it was recommended as closest to the former model.

It was easy to install.But Norton made it a little confusing. HD had three simple steps to take, but Norton wanted me to give the printer a password. HD came to my rescue.

Bought a wireless printer, proved to be easy to connect. Has good directions to connect and operate. We don’t use it a lot but is very capable to handle my work load. It was on sale at the time which was even better.

I bought this printer as a replacement for my 90 year old mothers printer that had stopped working. Very simple set-up out of the box and configuration was a breeze. Price was great and delivery was actually early! Thanks again Best Buy!

GREAT PRINTER FOR THE $$. EASY SET UP AND QUIET..

The printer app sucks to set up for some reason it wouldn’t see my wifi and you can’t do anything about it with the way the app runs it took my three hours to get connected. I almost chucked the thing out the window. I ended up going into my router settings and enabled wps and used that to set up. After that it was smooth sailing. It’s a great printer but their app sucks.

Very much needed. Highly recommended, especially the fact that its a 2 in 1 (Printer/Scanner). Also download the HP Smart app, makes it more easy to use and follow up on its function and ink supplies level.

Good basic printer. I also have the Envy6455 and have had a lot of issues with paper jams and needing to restart all the time. Sometimes keeping it simple is just best.

This printer is awesome, works great and prints with great quality. It also scans well and its fast, i have it setup with Wi-Fi and i print from my laptop and cell phone. You need to download the app to be able to print from your phone, the app also tells you how much ink you have left among other apps to print.
