I finally downloaded the manual(you might consider incuding it with the product) and figured out what all the buttons on the printer were for..I had mention to both techs the error button(found out what it was after downloading the manual) and neither one ask me to read the error message A VERY FRUSTRATING AND REALLY ANNOYING SITUATION.

I had Geek Squad install it as I had previously learned printers come with very little instruction/ease of installation anymore. I'm happy with my printer

HP PRINTER

However, I've been to busy to take advantage of the auto order of ink cartridges but will do so soon to curtail costs. I have been purchasing cartridges at full price and its time to change that practice.

Not much good without internet!! I returned.

HP wants to get their claws into your info sooo bad, you can barley do anything with this crap without internet connection. If I scan a sensitive document why would I want to have their company people looking at my customers business?

HP DeskJet 4155e All-In-One Printer

The old printer (HP OfficeJet) was still totally functional after 10 years so I chose another HP OfficeJet. It's nothing fancy but satisfies my minimal requirements for printing, scanning and copy functions.

Being a Senior over 70 years old caused a little anxiety. After I got it to set in up to start printing. I read the instructions and felt accomplished it worked!
