It has easy installation but the Geek Squad are always there to assist with their expertise. The HP Deskjet also came with extra ink cartridges and an easy online replacement.

It sometimes does not connect to my computer if it is to far away from it. The power button does blink on and off at times, and I have to disconnect the printer and reconnect it and it stops.

It's a printer and scanner. Needs only 2 cartridges unlike my previous HP printer; and the ink subscription makes it easy. I dont have to worry about running out for ink. It's delivered to me.
