This is also our second generation of a model'in HP 3 in 1 printers. We have been happy in the past, so when I bought my new laptop, it made sense to update our printer as well. The HP 3 in 1 was the obvious choice.

Overall very nice and simple printer. The device itself feels fragile and there’s an annoying light that just blinks all day. It won’t go away unless you join the HP ink service and I refuse to join.

It worked fine for awhile then developed a mind of its own. Starting printing unexpectedly. Scanner and fax stopped working. Other than that it was good for a student or just general use not for a remote worker in my opinion.

This printer is a great printer. It prints quietly and quickly. It does the job and the printer was very reasonable in price.

I have already had to replace it. Less than 2 years and it just wouldnt connect ti internet anymore

This printer has been great. Sometimes I have issues with printing as it doesn't always want to print from wifi, but I have yet to get it to print from the email address. That never works.

Printer & scanner functions work well after set up. Disappointed that 2-sided printing requires manually flipping the paper. Set-up instructions are totally worthless, but eventually figured it out by ignoring all the prescribed steps.

Very poor. Set up instructions were poor. Worked OK for about 6 months and then started acting up. Wouldn't print at all. Bought it because of good experience with last HP printer and low price. Wish I'd never seen this one.

This printer works great, does all the jobs I need to do with it, printing is fast compared to my last Hp. This printer scans and prints my whole pages instead of cutting them off like my last printer.

Reasonably priced printer. But directions for set up very lacking. Great geek squad at Best Buy helped a lot.

Not very reliable. Connectivity issues Scanning multiple pages sometimes the pages show up out of order or upside down. Good if you need to print one or two pages every once in a while

Love it! It was SUPER easy to set-up. Knock on wood, but printer has given us no issues. Priced right and highly recommend.

Great printer I’ve had for over a year now and no issues printing anything. Can connect to phone to print whatever you need off of it.

I donated my original printer to a family with kids virtual learning leaking that ... no problem I wanted a smaller printer anyway I will just go crab one. Well a few months later I was thrilled that Best Buy had these in stock. It is small and efficient and exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up and the only thing I would suggest is doing not go with the instant ink. It made things so much more complicated and I needed up canceling it mid set up and then ... easy peasy all set up and I love that it also syncs with my Alexa. Love Love This printer!

Bought this printer to replace one that was losing some of its functionality. Nice size; doesn’t take up much room on our desk. Pretty decent printing and copying. Does what we need it to do.

Still haven't put the printer in operation but it was an excellent bargen at the price.

I don't understand about 3 months of Instant Ink included. Product works except when I asked for 1 copy and got 5. Sometimes the readout is confusing. But all in all, it works well.

Super easy to set up and hook up to our wireless network. Good quality prints

Very slow printing and scanning even with a fast internet connection . The plus though is you can print from your iphone and android.
