The HP Smart App is user friendly and can be use to easily connect to the WI-FI

Replaced an old printer with this and it Does exactly what i need.it was easy to set up, works great with the app. It is not the fastest printer but not the slowest either.

the printer works great have no problems great color and black and white gets my jobs done right.

Great printer I’ve had for over a year now and no issues printing anything. Can connect to phone to print whatever you need off of it.

This printer was so great I bought 2. The app even makes receiving emails and important documentation to print easy.

This printer was on sale for just over $100. I should have just paid for a higher quality printer. The setup is was difficult--it would not connect to my WiFi or my computer via Bluetooth. I've printed about 10 pages of color before the ink started coming out a funky color. Although my cartridges said that the color and black ink were more than half full, my printouts looked like the cartridges were on 10%.

This is the 4th or 5th HP printer I have owned and it was by far the most difficult install I have experienced. I had to change from Microsoft Edge to Chrome to get it to work properly. There are still some issues with the HP Smart App when using the scanner. Also, this is the second printer as the first one had a bad ink cartridge that meant I had to return the whole thing. The first cartridge is different and cannot be purchased separately.

I don't understand about 3 months of Instant Ink included. Product works except when I asked for 1 copy and got 5. Sometimes the readout is confusing. But all in all, it works well.

This print is super good and efficient for my home office use for business and personal.no more going to get stuff printed from elsewhere. Get this printer if you want to print stuff from the comfort of your home.

Love it! It was SUPER easy to set-up. Knock on wood, but printer has given us no issues. Priced right and highly recommend.

It is easy to use and was fairly easy to set up. I haven't scanned with it yet, but the copier works and I love being able to send files wirelessly.

it works like it supposed to. I find myself not appreciating the minimum character requirement just to give a review of a product cause there just isn't that much to say about it

There is no direct connect to a computer, nor bluetooth. Totally dependent upon internet, which takes time to set up, and if you shut computer off and move to different location, you have to start process all over again. If you are on a network, you have to drop off the network to connect the printer, which is insane. I move my printer frequently with travel. Took it back and got a printer with a USB cable.

This was an emergency buy as my previous printer just stopped working all of the sudden. The set up was quick and connecting it via wifi as well. The issue its the buttons and the display screen. Its not very clear on what its suppose to do. There is a orange light that comes up when something is wrong but to figure out what's actually the problem its really up to me having to check for jams or anything else. So i bought this printer for the moment but I'll definately be replacing it soon. As it looks simple but its not.

Printer is great. Lasted me about 1 1/2 years but only issue is it’s having connectivity issues and won’t connect to my laptop.

Overall - excellent printer. HP has made installing the printer WITHOUT the 'extras' much more difficult. For someone who just wants a printer, it's annoying. The printer is excellent for small jobs, and I always prefer a document feeder.
