    Great little printer. Love the option of full wireless and being able to print directly from my phone! Was a little difficult during initial setup but was able to figure it out through the go install website

    Very functional printer for my needs. Software setup was non-intuitive and difficult at best. HP needs to improve how their software interfaces w/ Windows 10 or make it easier for someone to use. I can make everything function, but it takes many steps.

    This printer works great for my work from home job. Don't recommend scanning a lot of pages. It does take forever but otherwise this printer does everything I need!

    I was unable to set up the printer using Hp Smart because the app didn't work. However, manual set up was a breeze and my printer works very well. I am very happy with it.

    My printer was excellent to purchase for my home because I needed it at the time I was working from home during the pandemic and I will purchase more items from best buy for my office especially by HP.

    Good printer but constantly making noise. Not much of a selection at my store. In fact, this was the only model available And in stock. You could pick any color as long as it was white. Salesmen explained it is because of the chip shortage.

    Good printer but i couldnt not figure out how to get the wifi to work with my phone. When i connected to the laptop it would print but the hp software is brand new and the website at the time was flooded? Hopefully the technical issues been resolved.
