Ok printer

And its ink is expensive considering it ran out in 2 days. I got lots more pages done with my old HP. Not impressed with this one. It doesn't hold enough paper either. As for Best Buy, one employee tried to help me find the printer, but wasn't sure where it was. We looked, and another one said he would help shortly, but didn't. I did find it after we looked all over the place, there was only one left.

Works but it’s annoying.

Every few days I print something and each time I have to unplug the printer to reset it then wait for it to turn back on and reconnect to WiFi. Then I have to fuss with the app to ensure it’s online. When really, it should be ready at all times, or at least have a faster way to “wake it up”. Considering returning.

Scan quality could be better, but the settings are super easy to adjust. There are youtube videos if you’re technologically impaired, like myself ;). i am using it for art prints, and the quality is high enough to support my style!
