    We received this printer as a Christmas gift, which was a great gift as our old printer was a royal pain! This new HP-DeskJet4155e has been a dream. No paper jam issues at all, thank you. It's the best printer we've ever owned and we have had several over the years. I would recommend this one if you're looking for a new printer.

    Nice printer at a very reasonable price. Seems a bit fussy staying connected to WiFi. Unplugging fixes it, though.

    Wireless connection doesn't connect when computer requests a print job. It says "offline" every time. I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong. Also, can't get smaller devices such as a cell phone or tablet to connect. I have not contacted anyone for help. I will and hopefully they'll figure out solutions.
