it meets my needs, do not use a printer all the time. However, I am still surprised I cannot print both sides of the paper. do not know how to do.

This stylish and compact printer has been working quite well, but there are some issues: Set-up: The Wi-Fi connection would not connect, so to set up the printer through the on-line procedures I needed to use the USB cable. One did not come with the printer, but, luckily, I kept the old one. Once connected, the set-up procedures were okay but care is needed to follow the correct steps. (Always keep the old cables and cords from the old printers.) Insta Ink: The process to switch to this new printer is found on the HP App, but, the instructions to hold down two buttons on the printer to connect to the HP server to make the change took too many attempts and wasted time. Loading paper: It takes many attempts, and takes too much time, to load the paper so it sits correctly in the printer for printing. There continues to be a lot of hits-and-misses in loading the paper into the printer. I have yet to change the printer cartridges. I have yet to do any big job with this printer, but I like the design very much, and outside of the paper loading, it works well, thus far.

We've had it for a few months. It works great. I highly recommend this printer.

You have to have internet just scan. HP wants to get their claws into your info sooo bad, you can barley do anything with this crap without internet connection. If I scan a sensitive document why would I want to have their company people looking at my customers business?

This printer is just what I needed. Works great and the size is just right! .

Have to be honest and say that I bought based on price and found that it didn't meet my expectations. Had to get Geek help to install it and found that it was very slow. I was guilty of not researching the capabilities before purchase and ended up returning it. Would be a very economical solution for some environments but didn't fit my needs.

This printer replaced a 12 year old Canon. It seems to be a very good printer. Now we will see if it lasts 12 years.

Easy setup, Works well as a home printer. Only issue I've found is the door to install the ink cart. is hard to open.

This printer is a no nonsense option - enough features to print, scan, and copy. You can send out faxes from your devices via the app but I haven’t tried it yet. Liking the white color, it’s lightweight and is somewhat of a sleek design. Great thing about it, it prints wireless! Be patient getting it setup for wireless printing - took me a few tries but got it going for my MacBook. I had been looking for a printer for awhile - this was a good choice for me.
