    This printer is good for the price but my decision to purchase an HP was for the instant ink program which after researching I found out doesn't work well with this printer. Their server will not communicate unless I reprogram my router and did troubleshooting for hours. Obviously this was a bad decision for me.

    We recently purchased this printer and are very pleased with it! Great price and it is very easy to use. We would also like to say our Geek Squad member, Chris Cotton who came to install it for us, was tops in our book. Very delightful young man who was very dedicated and knowledgeable in setting it up for us! We highly recommend this printer to anyone!

    Downfall is the ink cartridge barely gave you anything to print, and then they try out so quickly, but you can damp it with a wet cloth to get it to work, what a pain , I'd buy another one do not buy this one
