    I am 86 and don't like change. I ran out of ink and thought my printer was broke and asked a friend to repair it. By the time he worked me into his schedule new ink came so I installed it and my printer worked and I cancelled my repair request. The print is neat and clear. I have no other problems with the printer. The price was reasonable, it is attractive and I'm sure when I get more used to it, it will be fine.

    The printer was very easy to set up and install. i like the way the feeder operates and likewise printer and scanner. Also, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The printer was just the right size and easy to move about. The loading of the paper is very easy and the scanning of documents or photos are very clear and nicely done.

    This is the most annoying printer ive ever had. Always a light on for somthing . Usually the I light. And wont turn off My last two printers were cannons . I loved them. Seen this on sale and said sure why not. My cannon had stopped . And i homeschool. I have to waste so much time trying to get this one to work .its horrible. I thought was 30 day return but seen was 15 or it would have went back. Now i have to go buy another printer. I dont have time to be fighting with no printer. Garbage

    Printer is good and I like it.The guys on the floor completely ignored me when I asked for help find some specific models of printers.It seemed it was not worth their time helping someone just buying a printer. However the guy on the checkout was very helpful.

    We are soooo pleased with this purchase. The set up is a breeze & having costly ink included with the printer was a huge factor. So far so good! No problems whatsoever! Ordering on line & having it ready for pick up made the purchase all the worthwhile. The printer has done an excellent job printing for our needs. I would highly recommend for office needs as well!
