Great price and it is very easy to use. We would also like to say our Geek Squad member, Chris Cotton who came to install it for us, was tops in our book. Very delightful young man who was very dedicated and knowledgeable in setting it up for us! We highly recommend this printer to anyone!

It doesn't stay connected to the network, if it sits too long between uses its the hardest to get to print. I went for this printer to be able to use wireless but its more simpler to just plug in a cord to use.

I ran out of ink and thought my printer was broke and asked a friend to repair it. By the time he worked me into his schedule new ink came so I installed it and my printer worked and I cancelled my repair request. The print is neat and clear. I have no other problems with the printer. The price was reasonable, it is attractive and I'm sure when I get more used to it, it will be fine.

Ink cartridges run out fast. Probably get 50 copies at the most doing black ink copies. Plus have to initiate scanning from computer as there is no scanning function button on the printer.
