I ran out of ink and thought my printer was broke and asked a friend to repair it. By the time he worked me into his schedule new ink came so I installed it and my printer worked and I cancelled my repair request. The print is neat and clear. I have no other problems with the printer. The price was reasonable, it is attractive and I'm sure when I get more used to it, it will be fine.

You have to manually feed the paper to get anything to print since the feeder on the back of the printer won't work. This will be the last HP printer I ever purchase since it doesn't even do what it is designed to do. What a disappointment!

It doesn't stay connected to the network, if it sits too long between uses its the hardest to get to print. I went for this printer to be able to use wireless but its more simpler to just plug in a cord to use.

Before buying this printer, I had my old HP for a very long time. The old printer still works with no problem but I was ready for an upgrade. I definitely recommend this product

Also, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The printer was just the right size and easy to move about. The loading of the paper is very easy and the scanning of documents or photos are very clear and nicely done.
