    The staff was very helpful. I Had brought in my printer for potential repair and they researched and found that a new one of my brand was available. I asked for the same one if possible since I knew how to work it. They searched and found one was available. I was thrilled.

    Supposed to be compatible with my computer and work on 5G. It did not. I will try and hope Best buy will accept return without box and contents. I really expected this printer to work as I never had an issue with any other printers. tried every hint, suggestion and troubleshooter. After running all set up instructions computer was always offline and prints stuck in Queue. I really hope they take it back so I can buy another one in store where I can get proper help on purchasing correct one for my computer.

    The hardware part of the printer is great but setup is cumbersome if you are connecting to a computer with a USB. HP customer support was worthless. I was able to resolve the setup myself after several hours and several attempts with HP support. Follow the instructions in the manual carefully. Once setup, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the printing.
