Not A Good Product

Did not work for me

I will try and hope Best buy will accept return without box and contents. I really expected this printer to work as I never had an issue with any other printers. tried every hint, suggestion and troubleshooter. After running all set up instructions computer was always offline and prints stuck in Queue. I really hope they take it back so I can buy another one in store where I can get proper help on purchasing correct one for my computer.

My old one kept jamming after many years of use. Im glad I upgraded because these new wireless ones come with an opportunity for ink!
