I bought this for my 86-year-old mother and wanted a simple printer for her to use, but this requires you use an app instead of just connecting easily with bluetooth on your phone.

Their HP Smart is crap!!!! Such a waste of time. I took two back before I found the HP hotline. Wasted a whole day!!!!

He was patient and knowledgeable. I'm embarrassed bc i meant to contact his supervisors last month and just corgot. I cant tell you how great Andrew was. Im not computer or cell phone literate but he helped me with everything. I wish all employees were as helpful and patient.
