    Two stars because I don’t know it the printer I bought just had lots of issues or if it’s across the board. The quality was great. I wish it had a touchscreen and you could control the printer from the printer. I bought this one because it offered faxing but I spent over 6 hours with HP support having to reset it and reconnect it and then it would disconnect again and say offline. Went round and round until we decided to return it and buy the next model up.

    Service at purchase was good. But once home am having problems with my hp printer simply not receiving print requests. Frustrating to buy new printer and cannot make it print. On occasion an item will print. I cannot find reasons for hit or miss performance.

    Purchased this printer to help high school student who is stuck at home and needed something to run off the internet and had color printing. Works great in printing, scanning, and has only two cartridges to worry about. Excellent price and the student has enjoyed printing off it.

    This product sometimes jams up the paper and you have to Order ink. Best Buy does not carry ink for this printer
