don't like the way paper is loaded exposed at the top

Hard to setup. Does not stay connected. Prints slow.

Very easy to set up. Like that I can print from multiple devices. A little slow, but for my occasional home use, it is fine. Haven't had it long enough to comment on ink usage. Overall a good buy.

I enjoyed my order and the easy set up! The process was very easy and simple. The price was right and reasonable! My items came on time as well!!!

I ended up returning the printer. I could not make it work with my Chromebook. I did not do enough research before I ordered. The paper is loaded on top and takes only 10 sheets.

Setup is a joke. There are basically no instructions. I've been chatting with support for more than 2 hours and it's still not completed!!

Easy plug and play set up but the quality and the outer housing is not great. At the price it is a sold little printer but don't expect too much. Cartridges are easy to find but they are also fast to empty. Though wireless it is hard to establish a connection and had to hard wire it to my PC. Invest in a Laser Jet Printer if you have a few dollars more to spend.

This is a basic 3-in-one, that performs all 3 functions adequately. I was not able to get it to work on WiFi, but I did not spend much time trying as I had the USB printer cable from my previous dead printer. Using that was an effortless hook-up to my windows desktop computer, loading HPSmart for windows was simple, and I am able to print scan and copy as needed. I only gave it 4 stars because a lot of my printing is from simple Text documents and there is way to set up " PRINT PREVIEW" for these using the HP drivers. So I have to "print" my text documents to PDF first to check for spacing and fitting on pages, etc. to avoid wasting ink and paper. Annoying and something even a basic printer should provide.

Not happy with the quality. HP used to make a much better quality. Hardly a year with minimum uses, it already causing printing errors or poor prints.

Set up is tedious. Wireless does not work well for me. Tells me "Ready" but will not print on command, then 20 minutes later I get a printout. I finally just used a printer cable for direct wiring and that works OK. The scan function is awkward to use, not at all like my previous HP All In One Printer which was great. The top feed of paper works well.

Purchased for my son for college dorm room. It will come in handy for him.

The printer is compact and blends in with my surroundings. The functions is all I need. Pages printed are clean in both black and white and colors are excellent.

Very easy to set up. Great print quality and has all the features I need. Best Buy pickup was well planned and were at my car in a couple of minutes.

It’s a printer and it is okay. It prints and scans. I recommend reading directions and finishing setup. If you don’t scanner makes a terrible noise every 30 seconds

Easy setup, light and fast. Especially love the wi-fi connectiveness and ability to send documents from Dropbox and Drive from the app. Good quality printing too.

This perfect for me. I don't print a lot. I mostly scan. The ink is cheap. For the install you do need to download the smart app. For the price, this printer works very well and meets my needs.

This was an emergency buy because my last printer quit on me. Happy with my purchase. Wish I could have gotten it in black.
