First, the on/off button doesn’t work most of the time. Secondly, It keeps going offline. I have to crawl under my table and unplug it and replug it. Sometimes that works. Sometimes I have to reboot my modem in the other room. I did a chat with the virtual agent. I was told they are aware of this and are looking into it. It’s a major hassle.

At first, I was having a hard time setting this printer up. It took me at least 2 hours to set it up wirelessly, and a few weeks to continue the set up that failed the first time. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I've figured out how to not have to set it up again after a few weeks and I like the features (being able to print wirelessly, scan, and make copies). My only thing would've been to have a paper manual for those who are not going to look for it online.

It scan good and print good only problem where hold papers it’s small and it jam couldn’t get print untilI I unplugged it started printing

I want to return it and I had it for only about two weeks

It shouldn’t do that even though the paper tray has a larger size. There’s no way to fix this than to restart the printer. It becomes really frustrating. Other than that, its a great printer at a great price and love the hassle free instant ink options.

I use it occasionally, it serves my purpose well. I had a few hiccups during set up, the HP customer service rep was efficient in helping me get it done.

The app setup works ,it isn't non-tech person useful.Same as the paper tray feed is a bit hard to set up.
