It’s ok..had the call technical support to get it installed. The app was not allowing the printer to connect. I wouldn’t buy this again.

After spending several hours trying to get this to work, I was finally able to string together a multi step process that works most of the time. First, cycle the printer's power. Next, send to the printer what you want to print (it will not prinr). Next, run a downloadable HP troubleshooting app. It will say that it can't communicate to tje printer. Next, cycle the power on the printer again. Next, run the troubleshooting app again. Most of the time, the pages will then print. Needless to say, I will be returning the printer.

Nice printing but just wish it could do double sided pages. Works good with my WiFi. But set it up where the cord doesn't get in your way. Because the cord is really loose

Good enough for basic printing. Not the best quality, but good enough. Only gripe is it is a bit harder to set up than previous models.

TIP: Pair it with the Geek Squad for 2 years!

Works Great! I bought this printer with the geek squad for 2-years! It was the best deal. Paying around $100 for a printer and guaranteed it for two years (the amount of time I have left in school). It's a great price for the peace of mind that it will not mess up. I have had several printers not work correctly in the past and It causes anxiety! The ink (HP 67) is difficult to find at other stores but Best Buy always carries it! Additionally, the ink runs out fast but it's much cheaper than other inks (around $15).

Setup was HORRIBLE, had to purchase a cord on amazon to set it up. After I got it working...it does what I need it to do. I use it for school. No double sided printing but it’s cool.

Great go to wireless AIO for the money. Does everything I throw at it and came with 6 months of free HP ink subscription. Can't go wrong with HP printers.

Does not copy two sided. The quality of the color printing isn’t as good as I would expect from HP.

Loading paper takes several attempts. And you cannot.add more than 10 sheets or it doesn't work. Scanner is poor quality. Good for quick printing and photos look good. Bought 2

We are rural and remote with no Wi-Fi or cell service. Not sure if this wire free printer is going to work for us. Been trying to install for 2 days with no luck. Gonna try again with some more knowledgeable help.

Perfect for what needed. Able to scan multiple pages. Not as fast as I would like but it’s more than adequate. High yield cartridges work best. Couldn’t beat the price.

Good cheap printer: Setup Requires App

For $100 it will do the job and probably quit working after a few years. This is fine. Modern home printers are disposable and this is no different. Extremely disappointed it requires an app from HP to set up. Used to be back in the days you could do it via USB. Not an option here. Now, the setup was easy until I wanted to put it on a different network in a different house. Had to reset the printer to forget everything to do this and it took several tries to see the new network. The app requirement is just HP trying to get you to register and so they can seep you directly. This is a terrible business practice but a common one. Listen HP and every other printer and router maker: let us do things without your app as mandatory. This printer also will NOT work directly with USB if you don’t have an app to make it work. And by app this is a phone app. So yes I give it 3 stars because it’s a cheap but useable printer ONCE IT IS GOING, but the phone app requirement to get it going is an unreasonable step. Zero chance my parents coulda hooked this up. But for cheap disposable printers, this is the despicable path. So I guess we gotta take it.
