I was using another all-in-one printer from HP for the last 5 years, and it was time to replace. The printer was super easy to set up, and I really like the HP smart phone app, which is a big improvement from my previous model. In addition, the printer is much smaller and fits better in my current space. There is a "Quiet Mode" which is great while I am on the phone, since the old printer was very loud and people could hear it. The only thing I don't like is the paper loading in the back. I am used to having a tray, and it took me a while to get used to it. If not for the paper tray, I would give it a solid 5.

Not too shabby! We wanted a printer that could be used from our iPhones without breaking the budget. This HP connects rather easy but it took a while. So far so good!

I was looking for a printer that does print fast and have a great price , so a find this one that does all and plus . Im very happy .

So far, this Hp smart print has really done a fine job. The performance has been great.

I’m so disappointed with this printer. I have to restart and set up the wig connection every time I turn my printer back on. Then I have to get an app in order to set it up cuz it doesn’t come printed instructions anymore. Also, there’s no basic cord that you can connect from your computer to printer for times when your printer/WiFi is acting up. I wish I can return it but I’m so upset and fed up I’ll probably just end up throwing it in the trash. Nobody should waste this much time on getting their printer to print. And what if I didn’t have WiFi?! I’m not the biggest fan of this. Simpler gadgets, please come back.

Cheap printer. Complicate to install. Force you to install their app on your PC or phone. 200 MB app; basically bloatware with constant nagging at you to sign up for a subscription. Totally obnoxious. They give you as usual a starter ink cartridge, so you can spend another $30 soon after. If you are not using a lot your printer, you will have to change the cartridges even if not used a lot as they dry and don't work anymore..

Do not be fooled by the size. This small compact printer does exactly what you would expect from the more expensive models. Doesn't take up much space and looks good.

Printer is awesome, when it works. The problem is not so much the printer, but the very unpredictable HP Smart (dumb) application. Whether it works or not, varies from day to day and is based on the position of the moon. Like most software nowadays, the application is likely written and updated by a part-time developer working for peanuts. A Cannon or Brother printer would likely have the same problems. We just need to deal with it.

This is a really great product and I love the fact you get 6 months worth of free printer ink.

Was not able to connect this printer to our Xfinity internet after much effort and returned this item.

They work great! I keep the phone and my printers on the same wifi network (necessary!) and it makes printing easy.

A very good all in one for my home use. Scanning, copying and printing. fits perfectly under my desk and the accompanying software is fairly user friendly and easy to use.

I had a little trouble getting my computer and the printer to talk to each other initially. But I am very happy with how it works and the quality of the print.

It works reasonably well as a printer only. If you want to scan documents DO NOT BUY THIS! Even though it's sold as a scanner, there is no way to scan documents from the item. Instead, you'll have to download the HP app, login in with your password, and then try to operate the scanning feature from the app on your phone. If you live alone, this might work for you. If you have other members of your family that want to scan, they will not be able to do it unless you give them your phone and let them navigate through the frustrating app in an attempt to figure out how to scan. This all could have been solved with a "scan" button on the actual unit, but apparently this was too costly for HP. Look elsewhere if you want a printer/scanner. This one is frustratingly complicated. I've had it too long to return, so it's going into my trash can tonight.
