Great printer for the price. Does the basics that I need for school and work. Good quality of printing too.

You get what you pay for. It's a basic color printer, but the paper feed is very touchy and not easy to load.

I always purchase HP products and I always purchase from Best Buy. I have never had a problem with Best Buy.

This is my 3rd HP all-in-one DeskJet, and I like it the least. My old DeskJet died, and due to COVID, this was the only printer I could get to replace it. Things I dislike about this one: 1) The paper feeder. Bring back the tray please! I'm not a fan of these feeders where the paper sticks up out of the back of the printer. 2) Auto turn-off that can't be adjusted. This thing turns off every 2 hours, and in order to print anything, you have to go to the printer and turn it back on first. 3) The app. You have to download the app on all of your devices to print/scan. Why add the extra step? 4) The tiny screen. 5) No manual. If you're going to have a tiny screen with symbols to indicate what's going on, there should be a manual to decipher. The printer and scanner themselves seem to work fine, but I don't know why HP had to mess with a good thing.

Everything i needed at an affordable price Ink cartridge is a super good value when time to be replaced. No software provided. Owner is required to download online software.

Complicated everything. I wish I can give a good word for this item but to be honest, inkcartridge and printing in itself isn't good. Issues with black. Did not last very long. Had to figure out how to use it with phone and computer. And then you have to make a subscription for the ink to get it to work online. Printing was never like this years ago. You got a printer, ink, print. Maintain. This one and nowadays I can only get it to work if I commit to a monthly subsciption. It makes me sad. So much work!

It's nice to be able to print and fax from home using a phone

was slow on wireless so i plugged it in. My Wi-Fi keep shutting off on my computer when I tried it wireless.

Its a decent printer, but everytime i go to print i need ink. it seems im always buying ink for this printer. it eats ink. i only use it maybe once a month.

I am happy with my purchase. Works well for my needs.

This printer is good once you understand how to set it up. Could be more user friendly or included better setup instructions. Now that its setup its good.

The printer deskjet 4155e is good for the price. I was a little confused about why it was difficult to get hooked up. The tech support got it up an running.

Have only used as printer but quality appears to be good. Some challenges setting up printer wireless connection via the HP web application but now good to go. Have not tried scan or copy yet. Does sometime show nor ready with paper loaded on one PC and not another so have a few quirks to deal with. Time will tell how good printer really is but seems ok for the price
