It often disconnects and will say it is busy. Sometimes if I plug and unplug it'll catch up, other times it won't. So then I have to redo and print documents. It's kinda inconvenient. My cheaper printer worked better

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it printed 1 time and stopped and hasn't printed since.I bought the insurance plan for it but was told they don't work on printers.I also could not return it because it was past 14 days.The only thing they(best buy) could do is to send a geek squad member out to my home to see what they could do.I said fine,then they informed me it would be 99.00.But what about the warranty i asked but house calls are not included. all of this conversion took place on the 15th day,one day late for returns.personally,i think this whole thing is rigged against the consumer.

I have yet to get it to communicate with my laptop. You Tube was not very helpful. I can not afford to pay extra for Geek squad to come to my home. I have difficulty understanding directions over the phone.
