    We had a lot of trouble trying to set up the printer. /we were subjected to long waits for assistance and when we did get assistance it was not effective. We eventually returned the printer. Our computers could not recognize it. It did not work wirelessly.

    This printer works as I intended it too. Used wirelessly from the Chromebook and cell phone. Instant ink by HP is a huge time saver.

    Worse printer I ever owned. Not only does it not stay connected to your wireless it is almost nearly impossible to connect it to wireless. I used it twice and now it will no longer connect again.
