Not only does it not stay connected to your wireless it is almost nearly impossible to connect it to wireless. I used it twice and now it will no longer connect again.

I am returning this piece of crap it does not work. I have been unable to get this wireless printer to sync to my computer to make print or scan. It won't even work with a cord plugged directly into my computer which it did not come with.

The only complain is the lack of a manual (or even a pamphlet). Perhaps that is the way most companies do business today - everything is on-line. One has to know his way around to get help (no help line phone number at all).

And I mean forever. But the worst thing about it was the top. When you lifted it, it wouldnt stay put. And it was so heavy that it crashed down on the glass screen. Huge engineering issue. Only a matter of weeks before something breaks.
