All that shines is not good

The only downfall is the time it takes to print one sheet of paper. As long as it takes you would think it is little elves creating the document in there. Copying and scanning are excellent though. So if u need to print fast this is not for you, but a quick scan or copy is ok.

Love HP Products - But, This One A Challange

I purchased this HP all-in-one printer for my 81 year old mother, and I finally just gave up (for her) and returned it. This printer is wireless only (no USB direct connect option). While to the tray to load paper was not easy to do, and the other tray to place documents for scanning and copying was way to sensitive in recognizing, the worst part was the wireless connection continually dropping. This required having to unplug the printer and replug into power to reset and connect. Again, I am a loyal HP customer, but this printer was an anomaly in my purchase experience of their products and had to bail out in order to not have to run to my 81 year old mothers house over and over to help her.

And I mean forever. But the worst thing about it was the top. When you lifted it, it wouldnt stay put. And it was so heavy that it crashed down on the glass screen. Huge engineering issue. Only a matter of weeks before something breaks.
