Nice printer, and other than issues on my end with Wifi setup, works well. Had to contact support multiple times to try and fix the wifi issue. Tech support people were great. Only downside seem to be the paper feeder. Always looks like paper is going in skewed and will jam.

About the delivery: whoever delivered it placed it on the steps where it could of been stolen. It was on a Saturday and just luckily I had to go out and saw it. I have a large porch, the door being out of sight of the street where most delivery people place things. This could have been a money problem for both parties. Clinton L Dove

Now my pages have faded ink with brand new ink cartridges and nothing has been able to repair it yet. Definitely not satisfied with this HP printer at all and I’m sad to say that

Color nice, print nice and that's it. Bluetooth really isn't for this printer. Go without printing and you have to reset the power to wake up, you have to be wired up. Ink cartridges are small so printing is limited before refilling or buying new ones. Would love to have my officejet 4560 back.

If you don’t have the paper alignment correct from the back of the printer, you paper won’t print. So make sure the tab that sizes the paper is snug and close the your paper. Other then that, printing is a breeze. Paper goes in the back comes out in the front so it hasn’t gotten jammed on me once. I love the document feeder for scanning. Overall this printer is better then my last one so I’m happy !!

You don't get Instant ink that way but since I don't print much that is not an issue. On the slow side and if you don't extend the flap on the paper output tray - which does stick out and looks like it could easily break - the paper flies to the floor. So - good for my purposes which is occasional low volume printing
