Other than that, it's fine. also doesn't hold very much paper in regular paper sheet feeder in back. Prints fine.. color good too. for the price it is an OK printer...

It keeps going offline and regularly takes me lots of time to get it fixed. HP offers NO phone support only the completely useless "virtual agent".

Always becomes unresponsive

However, it always becomes unresponsive after idle for a few hours. To use it, I have to unplug and replug. It's not a fatal issue, but it's annoying anyways so after a few days I returned it.
