I returned the printer and am about to return the ink. PLEASE NOTE: Best Buy was NOT the problem here. They did everything they should have done. HP was the problem.

It is the poorest quality printer I have even owned, and that includes my first one in 1974, a dot-matrix one. The first time I used it, it jammed and produced streaks and skips.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ok so i am not that happy with this printer. it will not scan any document and the printing speed is ridiculously slow. it cam reset to select glossy paper and i changed settings to plain paper and it is a bit faster at printing but i still have issues with scanner. it says im connected via usb but that is impossible because i t is connected via wifi as no usb cable came with it. i have tried trouble shooting and it finds nothing wrong. i find this highly frustrating being that my child needs to scan his homework in and send it ti his teacher. i now have to go to ups to have it send every day which is expensive.

Took some time to figure out how to load the paper correctly. Very little information comes with it. Ink cartridges load easier than the old one. The old printer kept going offline and this was has once. Did a driver update the other day and I hope that takes care of that issue. Just a basic printer that does it's job well.

It only holds 25 sheets of paper. Only bougt because my old hp quit and i needed something for work and all other reasonably priced printers were sold out.
