Okay little printer -not good set up

I had several pages of a flight itinerary I had to print and it took me about 20 minutes. Very disappointed!!! Thinking of trying to return this item.

Scan features and installation very easy on windows 10. For price under 50.00 it's great!

It needs a new starter cartridge. I have tried to make an appointment to come in and get either another printer or starter cartridge, but can't get a response. Very, very dissatisfied
