Difficult to Set Up

I do not like to be required to do things in order to use a purchase. However, I did it and I could only make it print once. Since then, I cannot make it print. I will probably have to waste time talking to customer service and will eventually get it to work but I like printers that you turn them on, punch in your wifi passcode, and it works. This is not one of those.

Seem to break down immediately after waranty is up. I think it a conspiracy. Zero tech support. Bought because ot was on sale and HP is a trusted brand. What a mistake. Stay away from HP printers.

Set up was complicated, no instructions, just a pamphlet that gave a website. I found the printer slow and it would not maintain a connection with my computer. I've owned other wireless home printers and this was by far the most complicated and least effective for home printing needs. Best Buy took it back with no questions and I spent an extra $50 on a much better printer.

It does take some time to print from computer or phone. The only downside is that I can't print 2-sided documents. I really enjoy the instant ink-ready printing. It is convenient to have printer cartridges sent and you not have to go to the store.
