    Was hard to set up as I have a HPcromebook. Borrowed a real lap top and completed the set up fast and easy. Now works hard wire or wireless. I hated to give back the laptop! Even got spare ink sent before I ran out. Great!

    Bought a printer and it absolutely sucks! Can't connect to it from a laptop or from an android phone. Printer is pretty much useless except for the scanner part.

    Needed a basic printer while working from home. The App makes this easy to use. I can create a SmartTask on the app and scan to my mobile device or computer. I can also print from my phone or computer. Set up directions were easy to follow.

    don't like it,returned the 1st one. bought a larger model that uses the same ink, to use the ink cartridges I had already accumulated.

    So disappointed with this printer. I experienced the same connection issues that other reviewers posted...it took numerous attempts to get it to connect to our home network. The other issue is that it doesn't double-side. I guess it's my fault for missing that in the specifications when I was shopping online, but it never occurred to me that it wouldn't be a standard feature on every printer; the 7-year-old printer I replaced was not high-end and had that feature. If I could return it, I would definitely would. I'm so mad at myself.

    I cannot get it to print without removing the cord from the back and replugging it in. Very frustrating. Contacting HP and was assigned a number but nothing more heard from them.

    This is the most worthless item I have ever bought and I wast exspecting much. Was not even good for my very limited needs. Would constantly loose conection and make you waste paper ink and about 20min just to reconnect. Litterally threw this in the trash three weeks after purchase.

    Prints great in black or color text. Love the two, yes only TWO, large ink cartridges. Still printing with ones that came with printer. Cost to replace is a lot less then previous printer that used five cartridges. Very pleased with purchase.

    After my 8 year old Epson printer wore out, I thought I would give this HP 4155 a shot. After initial issues with it WiFi connecting to my laptops and phones, all seemed well. However, it later displayed it was offline and have to be powered off and on. It would put documents in the “q”, then print 4 of them because we kept trying to print. Next time it wouldn’t print again. Frustrating! I have already sent it back and bought another Epson. Easy connection and works great.

    I set up the printer fairly easily for the first time from my phone then computer. I printer 1 page and didn’t need to print for a few days. I went to print the next time and it took me a day to get it synced up with the computer again. After unplugging the printer and router and computer a few times each something reset and the printer didn’t have the orange information button highlighted. Hope it stays this way.
