I like the printer just wish it was More user friendly. My last one had everything on the screen. When to add ink and how to reset the paper. This is a little different, I am sure once I get use to it I will be happy with it 100%

I made sure to ask questions when deciding which printer to buy. I don't need anything elaborate as we do minimal printing, but I was assured that the cheaper options were not desirable as far as quality. From the first attempt at installation I had some problems. I have a decent set of skills so I was able to figure out what to do and installed the printer. It printed fine for a couple weeks until it suddenly stopped. The HP Smart Doctor said install needed to be finished but again I had issues. I had to once again play around with it and it prints. For now.

      Hi, Maria.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has stopped working. I can easily understand why this would be a jarring surprise, especially after the difficult setup experience you describe. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll offer a resource and some information I hope will accomplish that goal.

I can’t tell from your review why your printer stopped working, but HP+ printers come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts who can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Needs constant tech support when ever there is a Windows software update. On line trouble shooting is worthless. Good luck finding a phone # to call them. Have to re register for HP ink every time there is a windows update. TOTAL waste of money. THis is my SECOND one I have purchased

      Hi, Donnalyn.

    Couldn’t Review - Returned

I was replacing a previous Cain wireless all-in-one printer with an extended warranty, however Best Buy did not have any printers in stock and barely any online. After looking for a while, a customer service employee found this HP printer, which she said matched my requirements of wireless, all-in-one and had a fax. When I received this printer, I found that it had an integrated fax, meaning that you could send faxes with a phone app, but it can’t receive or send faxes from the machine. This HP printer was returned unused for store credit, and I eventually found another upgraded HP printer with a fax

When I do get this printer to work it prints ok. The issue is it does not stay connected and a lot of the time the app will say it’s connected but I won’t be able to print, I have to sometimes pull the plug to restart it then it will spit out 5 copies or none at all I’m not sure what the problem is here. I’ve tried trouble shooting a million times reconnecting I think it’s just not good for Bluetooth use maybe and now I’ve past my return date so I’m stuck with a crappy printer

      Hi, Rachel.
