Good unit. Does everything it's supposed to: Scan, Print, Copy, etc. Setup was a bit confusing, but finally got it going. REALLY WANTED the BLACK Officejet 3830 like one my son bought last year and sets up much easier, but it appears to be discontinued.

Easy to Install and connect to my Mobile Phone and Laptop. When it was delivered I started to used it. I am happy for my purchased.

Purchased this printer when I started working remotely. It worked very well with my PC. I am having a little trouble getting it to work with my chromebook. It connected correctly and printed, but then stopped working with it. Still trying to figure out why.

I was needing a new all-in-one printer and I'm glad I checked this one out. It can send mobile faxes, scan and copy all the documents that I need. Great for Home Office use and it comes with 2 years free mobile faxing.

Bought a Brother MFC L 2690. I needed a copy machine which the HP doesn’t fit the needs. Absolutely LOVE my Brother copier.

Printer does not work well and will not stay connected to your computer once you log off of your computer.

Great price and great timing. My daughters first HP printer started to malfunction after 15 years of use, so I bought this one for her which is very similar to mine. I have had mine for 6 years.

I am still unable to connect my printer to wifi in my apartment. I went back to the store to request a visit by the Geek Squad and was told that I needed to call the 800 number for an appointment. I have spent 2 days getting disconnected after opening the web site as instructed. I understand that there is sometimes a one hour wait for an agent, but when I was told that I could request a call back I was immediately disconnected. Can I expect a response to my problem, I am not technically smart and have difficulty with written instructions. Thank you, Marthalee Sweetman 9144192905

I have had little use of it because it’s so frustrating to have to print like 5 times to get one good copy . If it papers isn’t stuck or the paper glides through without printing nothing, then the print quality will be terrible . My last hp printer was half this price , worked way better and it still served me for 2 good years, I shall be calling total tech crew for help soon!

Good little powerhouse for the price. I like that we can copy the few things that we actually still need hard copies of right at home

Good printer, good scans. Document feeder for making copies using the button on the front of printer makes it just like a office copier. I wish The document feeder would work With the scan button on the printer.

Amazing, the feeder works great, however it does pull the documents through slower than expected. Color quality is awesome. Only issue I have had is the HP Smart app errors out every time I attempt connecting it via WI-FI so I am using it hard-wired instead.

Nothing but problems with this wireless printer. Nothing ever seems to find it after initial setup.

A little basic printer but also hard to set up. And to do 2 sided printed you have to refeed the page back thru and hope you get it right.

What a pain trying to set the printer up to use the WIFI . 3 people have tried so far and it’s still not correct

Set up is annoying but what was worse is that you can only load a small amount of papers.

Haven't used it except to set it up and test print a few pages. It was easy to install, and the printed paper was nice. Easy to set up to the network and my phone, worked both ways no issues.

Works good. Very difficult to set up!! Had to scan a code to get instructions which is fine but instructions were very vague and hard to follow.

It is different than my old printer, so I am still getting used to it, but it works pretty well. I also appreciate the extra benefits (ink and paper deals) that came with it.

Want a printer where it is difficult to load paper this is the right printer. Pages slide in at an angle and print at the angle. I don't recommend this printer.
