The Geek Squad came to the house and the technition said I have to change my service provider. I'm in the process of changing from Verizon to Comcast. I'm just disappointed that in order to have a new printer I have to go through a disruptive period. I wish a sales person had told me this printer was not so "simple" to activate.

I really like the wireless feature and print often from my phone. This feature never really worked well on my older HP 4500 series!

It guides the user through the different functions which are very helpful. I do not have good tech skills so it makes my work so much easier.

It was very slow; from online reviews, it’s an ink guzzler; it didn’t properly align 2 chronological pages I was printing. Seemed quite light compared to any printer I’ve ever had. Guide in paper tray very flimsy. My printing needs do not require a top of the line printer but I’ve never had one this inadequate.

It's got a small paper feed that O K but needs refilling quite often. The return tray is awkward but then I guess you can't have everything in such a compact unit.

Also I bought the printer a month ago and Best Buy won’t stop emailing me to write this review. Another also, when I went to best buy in blackstone, worcester MA, the manager was rude and said he didnt have any printers in stock. I went online and came back later that day to pick up my printer. The one that doesnt work to well in an apartment wifi situation.
