I called customer support and wasted hours basically going through set up. I haven't used it in more than 4 months. Don't buy, get yourself a better printer. I dread calling customer support again, but I will have to, I don't think I bought geek squad protection.

Tried to get help from HP who has service help overseas that would take hours to work with a person there let alone trying to understand them. Don't care for all the time and effort it takes to get help. Probably sent 3 to 4 hours and finally gave up. Highly frustrated. Was going to Geek Sq next as there I have high praises for service.

If your wifi network doesn't do TPS you need to use their web interface thru it's private wifi, which they don't mention at all.

It does not connect to Wi-Fi reliably and eventually stopped connecting at all. During rare occasions when it was working it had to be unplugged and plugged back in every time. Password is required for direct print which is impossible to obtain because test functions do not work. This checks every box for an awful purchase.
