So far, it's worked perfectly for what I've needed and set up was an absolute breeze. I think the most impressive thing about this printer was how setting it up through the app (which is normally a pain with other services I've used) was easy and it connected to my network right away and I was set up within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this printer if you're not looking for anything extreme and just need something that gets the job done and done right.

Unfortunately it do not have a tray and stock of paper on back side is not the best place.

It fax from the mobil phone which I was able to set up but I can not receive a fax and that is not good.

My only issue with it is that loading paper is awkward. You have to hold the guide open with one hand and put in the paper with your other hand.

My issue is that I have a very restricted company-computer that I was using and I am guessing that there were interferences with the operation. For example, in order to print, I had to unplug printer each time. Scanning had to be done with HP software from computer. I opted for HP 6978 which has been printing fine & it has ability to scan directly to email or USB, bypassing computer.

Money well spent it is versatile and able to do everything a hard wire printer does but it completely wireless. Very easy to link up to a phone ect.

When purchased i was told i could buy ink and use. But you actually had to get the ink plan per month in order to use the printer. Vey disappointed
