This is by far one of the worst, slowest printers I have ever owned. Junk, do not waist your money. My 10yr old wifi HP starts printing within seconds, this one takes forever.

It also comes with an ink plan through Hewlett Packard. For low volume users like me, I get 15 pages a month free for the life of the computer. They have inexpensive plans for various levels of use. They sent me refill cartridges right away. They monitor my ink levels and, when I need replacements, they will send me replacements and a mailing envelope to return the old ones. Hard to beat that. It operates by wi-fi, but it can be plugged in if you have a cable that fits.

My last printer was an hp envy and it lasted for years! I don't think the new printer will last anywhere near that. It's had so many issues with printing either direct/email or with the hp smart app. If I had the choice I'd have gone with something different. It's going to be interesting trying to make it last!
