When they aren't about delivery or customer service or anything other than the product. I should have listened to the reviews. Setup was not over complicated but it was not easy. It was very frustrating. So much so that I considered returning the product. Once setup is complete its easy peasy. But I tell you... tears were almost shed when attempting setup.

Overall software is great, setup is great, however if it can not perform a simple task like Internet connectivity to print then this is worthless. Sometimes takes 30-60 minutes to print a document.

Once I was able to get the printer offline, I was able to print and scan with ease.
