HP DeskJet Plus 4155 & Best Buy Review

It has had to be reset/reinstalled multiple times. I have had other HP printers in the past, and they have been wonderful! I am not saying I would not purchase another HP, but this one has been nothing less horrible. I even had my internet provider come to my home to be certain the problem was not in my internet. It was not. Everything in my house associated with internet usage has been fine, but this printer has never been. I am going to take it back to Best Buy later today, and hopefully they will let me trade it for another model that will work. I have never had any problems with customer service there. They have always been great. I hope I can still say that after today.
