Maybe it's me.... maybe it’s user error... but when I go to the preferences 2 sided printing is grayed out. I love the printer but wish i did not purchase it due to something that should be a required function is not available.

We used it twice when we received it and it worked fine. It was not used again until we got back from vacation and now it will not turn on, after it goes into sleep mode, none of the buttons are responsive.
