Meh it’s an ok printer not a big fan of it got it because it was on sell

It's going back! I needed this to print my class notes. It is extremely difficult to print both sides of the paper. It wasted the paper and the ink because it would not complete the print job.

This printer is easy to use. My kids use it to print school work from all the devices.

Over good printer. Had a few hiccups on trying to set it up to a different wifi connection but since then I've had no issues.

Junk. couldn't get it to work properly, paper feed would jam, auto document would not work at all. Sales person told me I didn't need a subscription to fax which was wrong, he said all I needed was internet and wifi. Very disappointed. Returned for a full refund.

Easybti set up snd so far no problems. Sir print from laptops, mobile phones snd iPads

I just bought this printer today, It took me 2 hours to set up. I really hope I don't have any issues with this printer.

Needed a multi function printer for working from home. Reasonable price and does print, scan copy and fax so all bases covered.

Only had for a short period of time but connection and set up were easy and prints well.

A lot better then the one i got before had a lil difficulty setting up but i looked up a video and was good from there

This is perhaps one of the best multi-purpose printers on the market. It does just about anything you might need to do for a small business or home business. It prints, copies, scans, and even allows faxing. All of this can be done wireless, which I really enjoy. Even from my phone. The print quality is exceptional. Using HP photo paper, I was able to print professional-looking photographs. Text printing is also quite sharp with several print-quality options to choose from. For the most part, this all-in-one printer is extremely intuitive and easy to use. This is THE printer to get if you are looking for a great all-around printer for your home of small office. So, why 4 stars? Because of the initial setup. From my computer, since I already had another HP printer along with the HP printer software already installed, setup was a breeze. HOWEVER, when it came time to install the HP Smart app on my phone, it went from great to horrible. During the install on the phone, when attempting to connect to the printer, it asks for a password. Okay, a little frustrating. The included documentation didn't address this at all. There is a PIN located on the printer cartridge cover, and that was not it. A quick search on the web indicated there is a default password of 12345678. NOPE. HP forum searches came up with squat. Finally, after several YouTube videos and many online searches, I finally found the solution. There is a certain order in which you have to press the WiFi button and the Information button on the printer. After doing this, the password was provided in the printout. I might add, this process spanned a two-day period since I started the install early evening, and had to finish it up after getting home the next day. Had it not been for this ridiculous issue which, because it is integral with the HP Smart app installation and SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IN THE QUICKSTART INFO, this product would be most worthy of a 5 star rating. In spite of this one major oversight, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this printer. Everything about it is great.

Kind of clunky looking but appears to be able to do the job. Plastic seemed somewhat poor quality. Not that easy (for me) to program. Directions that came with it were minimal. Few manual controls on the printer and it's geared to commands from the computer. Copying (paper to paper) is straightforward.

Subscriptions are becoming the law of the land. HP has been coming out with printer after printer with these services that allow you to purchase a specific amount of pages per month to print after the initial trial is over. This is after you overlook the fact that you have to input your personal information in order to activate the free trial. This, again, is an inconvenience for me but for the reviews sake I won't focus too much on that. The HP+ app has been intuitive since I started using HP printers that require the app and after the updates this fact still remains. The app can walk you through setting up the printer. As a rule of thumb I like to update my computer and reset the network (wi-fi) before connecting to the printer or attempting to set it up. As a result the setup was done in one attempt. Its not the speediest printer when doing color prints but it gets the job done very well. Black is much faster but thats a given with any printer. The fastest thing about this printer is the Instant ink that gets sent to you when you start running out. Thats a great service because I know I've put off running to the store just to get ink. A very convenient option in my opinion. The Scanning feature works well. Again, change the DPI higher or lower, it will also affect the speed of the scan. I.E higher DPI, more to scan thus taking longer. Its a simple printer that's easy to use. It's affordable and well made. I didn't get too much into the faxing feature but I've only sent about two faxes my whole life but the fax feature is very convenient to have just in case. I would dub this a good tool to have in your personal office arsenal for the price and ease of use.
