I compare it to a similarly priced HP that quit working under the Best Buy extended warranty and bought this 4155. I did not want a printer with a lot of "bells and whistles" for my purposes. I would suggest to look at other models.

Tried contacting HP for assistance and all they said was "contact your Wi-Fi carrier! I returned this printer and bought a Epson and had it downloaded in 15 min with NO Wi-Fi problems!

Haven’t been able to figure out how to use the scanner yet. I’m not the “tech-iest” person out there but sometimes it’s a bit confusing since there’s a lack of buttons or explanation on how to use the All in One. Keep the instruction pamphlet close by.

Purchased another HP model earlier and had to return it because it wouldn’t stay connected to the internet. This model is much more reliable. Still continuing to have issues dealing with HP. Guidance is slim to none. Troubleshooting is a painful experience.

It is extremely difficult to print both sides of the paper. It wasted the paper and the ink because it would not complete the print job.
