The HP printer I saw on Best Buy’s website was sold out. I told the salesperson I just wanted a simple, inexpensive wireless printer. He showed me this one. I don’t do a lot of printing so this one was perfect for me. This printer is exactly what I was looking for. So far, so good.

Nice printer in an attractive white color.

It causes us to have to reboot it often. I like the fact that is uses the larger ink cartridges and just two of them, black and color.

Comparatively, HP model was tough to setup, configure. Had to reinstall the driver several times. Poor experience in installing. Printing works fine without any issues.

When geek squad came to set it up, I was told that there was no plugin for it. I needed one with fax. Other wise the printer was excellent
