    I bought 2 printers at the same time & the other one was a Brother branded. Comparatively, HP model was tough to setup, configure. Had to reinstall the driver several times. Poor experience in installing. Printing works fine without any issues.

    Getting it connected to Wi-Fi was a night mare. Ok printer, it doesn’t have double side printing.

    Paper feeder not working. Always paper got jammed. Terrible product. I got another one and it had different issues. HP ink subscription never sent an ink supply.

    The sales person informed me that the printer was aslo a fax. When geek squad came to set it up, I was told that there was no plugin for it. I needed one with fax. Other wise the printer was excellent
