With working from home our printer died and we were in desperate need of a new printer. We looked all over and this printer was a great buy and available for delivery. We also didn't want a printer that was going to cost a fortune to replace.

I am a Total Protection member and I had to reach out to the Geek Squad to help me as I could not get this printer to interface with my computer. The first service representative spent one hour on the problem and gave up. After waiting three hours a second representative contacted me and it took this representative two hours to finally get the printer to interface with my computer. Totally not worth the frustration. A special thanks to the Geek Squad for not giving up until the problem was resolved.
