Easy installation. Works great for what I need. Was a bit disappointed that the included color cartridge only printed around 10 pages (which contained only colored highlights), but have already brought that directly to HP's attention. Overall, I'm happy with what I got for the price.

I have repeated trouble with the paper feed. Is pretty clunky, but does a decent job of printing.

Works great, easy set up. It printed documents quickly from my phone when bluetoothed. I have worked with many printers and this was the easiest set up ever!!

I bought this because I had an HP for years that finally bit the dust. I bought this one because I didnt want a wireless printer which is hard to find now. This one could be used directly from my laptop with a USB. However, you need wireless service to set it up and have the app on my phone. Defeated the whole person. Took hours to set up, hardly ever prints from my laptop and sometimes prints from my phone. Hate it.

This is an excellent printer and print quality is very good and it good auto correction features for layouts. Setup was very easy.

Pretty good printer for the price. The paper jams sometimes. It prints good copies though. I would recommend this for someone who doesn't print for school, though. I do print a lot of pages per month.

The printer itself is great - works properly, fast printing, has awesome functionality. I only gave it 4 stars because of 3 reasons: 1-using apps/websites to actually install drivers and connect to wifi instead of an actual manual is not simple and rather cumbersome. 2-you cannot have it connected to an actual computer via USB AND use wifi connectivity - it's one or the other. 3-if you have FiOS wifi and you have the Self-Organizing Network turned ON, THIS PRINTER WILL NOT CONNECT. You must turn your "SON" OFF to get it to connect to the wifi network.

Printer setup was incredibly easy. Printed documents and photos are both very great color quality.

Product works well. Scanning, printing and copying functions all work within product specifications and the image transmitted to paper is of high quality.

The rate of printing is fast, the ink comes out clearly, the printer does it’s work quietly

This printer is updated compared to my other one. But i do miss the features my other HP printer had with options to connect wifi and enter in password. This one just has one button and if you press it it turns wifi off.

This New Copy will be a Challenge for me because I have had the other HP Copy for almost 15 years but this one is nice and easy to use.

So easy to set up and use in my office. It makes printing easy and scanning is a breeze.

Well worth the money. A little pain being on the phone for 2 hours but its god now. It seems you need to connect your phone first then your PC.
