    I do not recommend! I am a fan of HP but some of their products aren’t good as in they do not last long and constantly malfunctions. The setup isn’t hard and it had a lot of great features but the printer constantly disconnected from the internet goes into a sleep mode and I’d have to unplug the entire printer and restart just to use it. Most times the HP app couldn’t find the printer. I purchased in 2020 and I’ve used it maybe 5x. The copier doesn’t work correctly and the font changes and when printing I have brand new ink and the copies print with fading ink. I’m trying another model but this one I would not buy again and if I have anymore issues with an HP product I will not purchase anything from them again.

    It works okay. It doesn't really have instructions. They want you to order ink online two months for free. But they want your credit card. So the ink replacement isn't really free. I don't like that everything is online in order to use this printer. I will continue to use it until I can afford to get another one.

    Upon arrival the printer looked aesthetically pleasing, I had this item delivered to my house and after a few days it stopped doing basic functions like printing on both sides and it was really slow. Don’t know if this was because of a delivery issue or what

    Horrible. Just horrible. 1. Takes forever to print. Literally. Spent one hour printing 8 pages. 2. Got no more than 20 prints out of it, then it stopped working! Gave me an EE error which can't be found anywhere to troubleshoot. I contacted HP and they informed me it's a hardware malfunction. Only solution is to "try" and bring it into bestbuy for an exchange. It's passed the return/exchange policy already. I spent $100 on 20 prints and a lot of patience watching the printer slowlyyyyyyy spit out the paper. Second HP printer I've owned and both are extremely disappointing. I used to have the HP envy but if decided to quit connecting to wifi ultimately. HP customer service is also very lacking and offer poor solutions with high effort to have you purchase their ink products. Unfortunately, this will be the last HP printer for me.

    This printer works great with our new Mac. No problems setting it up. Haven't used it enough to see how long the cartiages last.

    Printer didn't come with instruction booklet, had to download an app to install. Managed it somehow. Printer working good so far.
