It makes great copies but is very slow. It takes about a minute per page.

Worst purchase ever. Returned the printer. Poor design, No instructions except for a poor diagram. Not intuitive. Cannot set up without a computer. Save yourself and buy something else!!

I've had a few printers over the years. Ever Printer I have owned lasted me years. I'm a retired chef, so you see I have really used my printer and I know how to set them us. This Printer is not so friendly to set up WIFI. I am so ready to return it.

I love HP printers - so easy to set up and use - my last 4 have all been HP

One thing I can say is that when I need a printer, I look at everything and always end up with an HP. There are a few other manufacturers out there, but HP just seems to know how to make a printer. This one is no exception. I would say first that if you do a lot of printing, this is not going to be the printer for you. I say that because the first thing that struck me is that there is no paper cassette, you have to rest the paper in the feeder behind the printer. Not a big deal, but sort of a throw back approach. The second thing of note is there is no USB port for scanning to a USB drive. If you want to scan, you need to do it through the HP app and save it to your device. Again, not a big deal, but I liked being able to scan documents and take them with me when needed. Would it have been that difficult to put a USB port on this printer? So why buy this? There are several good reasons. One, it’s a lot smaller than most multifunction printers so if you are short on space in your home office like I am, every inch is valuable. Second, the ink cartridges for this are A LOT cheaper than the HP high end multifunction printers and for me, that’s a big deal. Since 90% of what I use a printer for is to print, saving money on print cartridges is important. Third, it’s relatively fast for a small printer. Not fast by more expensive printer standards, but fast enough when you need to print out a couple of pages. So if you need an inexpensive, small, well build multifunction printer, this is definitely one to consider. This would work very well as a small office printer (like I am using it) or a solid dorm room printer.

Love it does the job no issues need to get one for home and office.

I love it! Just what I needed at home, especially with my closest library closed.

I didn’t use it too much. The printer kept falling off the network. Also the first time i used it after printing the Test page, I loaded paper to the back and it grabbed 4 sheets. We sent a pdf to print and it took a while to print. It was purchased for college student. The next few days again it kept pulling multiple sheets when printing. I had GEEK squad coverage but after doing some research I felt my $100 printer was going to be $1000 worth of headaches. PC Magazine listed another printer by HP as their best Small Business printer. It was $120 more but for piece of mind OfficeJet Pro 9015. So far so good, zero paper jams and zero network drops in 1 week!

Update 11/5/2021 my printer is still running well no issues.
