Oh how I wish my old HP hadn't died.

I bought this one because I didnt want a wireless printer which is hard to find now. This one could be used directly from my laptop with a USB. However, you need wireless service to set it up and have the app on my phone. Defeated the whole person. Took hours to set up, hardly ever prints from my laptop and sometimes prints from my phone. Hate it.

It will take some time for me to fully evaluate this model, but I think it's going to be a winner.

Nice printer

I like it because you also get 6 months worth of ink for free so just go on a printing spree. The price was reasonable.

I can send a batch and put in a cover letter mostly from my phone. demands are done through your cell, pc, tablets etc.

Now, everything is with an app. The Windows 10 PC interface/program is okay, and recently they updated the scanner software which I believe it was an improvement. Not as fast when scanning as my 5 year old Brother, only 2 cartridges instead of 4 for the Brother. No fancy color or big display on the unit as older models and other brands but it gets the job done. Print quality is good. I recommend it however if I had the need and extra money, the HP AIO laser would have been my first option.
