Horrible Setup Experience

The Wi-Fi Direct worked for a bit, but drivers would not install properly, could not receive faxes, and could not get the printer to connect to my Wi-Fi network at all. The software would always show the printer as "Offline" yet I could print from Word when the Wi-Fi Direct was working. After a while, it corrupted my HDD, lol, just wow. I am returning and getting a different model HP. Awful experience setting this thing up. Looks like a lot of others had an easy time for whatever reason.

I had to return it because it wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi. My WiFi is super close and it still didn’t work, not only that but I kept having to restart it just to print.

You cannot have a weak wifi signal or lose power because it will never connect again to wifi. I purchase this printer original for our daughter who was leaving for college however because it was 100% wifi she could not use it at her college. Since I purchased it Aug 2020 - I have only been to get connected to wifi once, we lost power at our home and have not been able to reconnect the printer wifi again. I did not recommend this type of printer unless you have a strong wifi system

- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
